Personal Pronouns, Possessive Pronouns & Reflexive Pronouns

   



    A.      Personal  Pronouns  are words we use in the place of full noun. We have both subject and object pronouns.
a.       Subject Pronouns ( I, You, They, We, He, She, It)
ü  My mother is  going  to the mall. She want buy me dress.
ü  Bambam and I are playing tennis. We really like sports.

b.      Object Pronouns ( Me, You, Him, Her, It, Us)
ü  Damian saying this kid is afraid of me?
ü  We’re really thankful to the people  who trust in us.


    B.      Possessive Pronouns use when to refer to a spesific person/people or thing/things (the  “antecedent”) belonging to a person/people (and sometime belogong to an animal/animals or thing/things).  
a.       Possessive Adjective (My, Your, Her, His, Its, Ours, Yours, Theirs)
ü  Please, Wrote my name in your book.
ü  My friend and I  meet her in cafe yesterday.

b.      Possessive Pronouns (Mine, Yours, Hers, His, Ours, Yours, Theirs)
ü  It’s my father opinion. Not mine, and obviously not yours.
ü  Should the final desicion have been hers?
ü  His disappointment in his younger son.


    C.      Reflexive Pronouns use when we want to refer back to the subject of the sentence or clause. ( Myself, Yourself, himself, herself, Itself, Ourselves, Yourselves, Themselves)

                        ü  Suzy found herself blushing and feeling more nervous than before.
ü  Prepare yourself and go with her.
ü  I enjoyed myself by watching movie alone.
